All submissions will be electronic. Please complete this entry form and submit it with your artwork to CHS PTSA Reflections Coordinator, Faith Ayers, at faithayers17@gmail.com. You do not have to complete the top section of the entry form, just fill in the second section.

Reflections was created in 1969 to enhance arts education in pre-K to grade 12.  Each year, PTA's nationwide engage thousands of students and their families in the Reflections Arts Program.

Centennial is proud of its strong artistic traditions and talented students who have won numerous Reflections awards over the years. PTSA encourages all CHS student artists to participate.
